Thank you for your interest in ordering from Ipso Facto.
Unfortunately our credit card provider does not accept credit cards with non U.S. billing
addresses (except Canadian.) Also we do not accept Paypal under any circumstances.
To order any item, please click on the "buy me" button beneath the item you wish to buy. This will generate an order form on which you can choose which payment option you wish to use.
PAYMENT METHODS:

Western Union
If you use WU's online site they will send us your money to a WU office in our city for a fee. Please use the "sending money" option "cash at agent location" and then "service in minutes" or "WU pay" or "bank account" depending on how
quickly you want the transaction to complete and what you want to spend to do so. You will need to set up a free WU account to process payment. For the recipient use the name "Terri Kennedy," not Ipso Facto.
Moneygram
Moneygram payments can be made with no user account on their website via transfer to an office local to us. Please use the name "Terri Kennedy" not Ipso Facto as the recipient. Then fill in the amount, choose the source of payment
"credit card" is the only option for non -U.S. based customers.) You can continue as a guest or create an account at this point, then enter your card information and address, then complete payment.
We will pick up payment as soon as it is available and ship. Use your Ipso Facto order number if an "auction number" is required.

We do not accept wire transfer, Paypal, foreign credit cards, or any other method. No exceptions.

Here are the instructions for Western Union or Moneygram:
Use the "buy" buttons next to the item you are buying on our webpage.
This will take you to a secure order form when you are finished shopping.
On the Ipso Facto order form choose "western union/moneygram" as the form of payment.
Then visit www.westernunion.com or www.moneygram.com or a WU/Moneygram physical location to make payment.
Payment options via WU and Moneygram are credit/debit cards, direct debit from your bank account, or cash at their physical locations.
To pay by credit card on Western Union's site choose the "online" option, then on the next page click on "money in minutes" after selecting your country of origin and "USA" as the destination.
Then follow the prompts from there and send us the MTCN number via email to ipsofacto@ipso-facto.com when your transaction is complete.
Please use the name Terri Frances Kennedy as the payee.
The online "Money in Minutes" same day service transfer is the preferred method, by which they wire your payment to an office near us.
Please note Western Union charges varying fees for their services.
When you notify us via email of the control number (Western Union will do this for an extra fee) we will pick up the cash at our local Western Union or Moneygram office and we will ship the same day or next business day.

We are not reponsible for any import duty (tax) levied by foreign governments on goods imported from the U.S.
SHIPPING:
We use insured USPS priority with tracking for all shipping, except Canadian orders where the cost of insured shipping is really insane.
Although we usually ship the same day your payment is received and most packages arrive within 7-10
working days via airmail (4-5 for Canada), please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
An email with your tracking number will be sent automatically from www.usps.com.
You can follow the progress of your order via their online tracking system.
If your order does not arrive in 2 weeks, please contact us so that we may make a claim with the postal service.
Once the claim is paid to us we can resend your merchandise or refund if there are no more of the same item available. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that the post office does not pay claims on items shown delivered to your door, so we cannot be responsible for items stolen from your doorstep.
EXCHANGES:
If there is any problem once you receive your order, email ipsofacto@ipso-facto.com,
write, call 714-525-7865.
We will make every attempt to remedy any problems, however, there are NO REFUNDS.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt before returning for exchange,
as unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking
fee.
Merchandise must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt in unused, unworn, odor-free, unopened condition with tags attached.
Credit is for the value of merchandise only, not freight.
Note that the customer is
responsible for the shipping costs of returning unwanted item(s) and must include funds
to cover return shipping of new item.
Hosiery and body jewelry are not returnable.
If an item you order is no longer available, we will contact you for an alternate choice or grant store credit.
FREIGHT CHARGES:
For shipping outside the U.S. (except Canada) we use freight chart below based on
order total.
When you click the "buy" button next to the item you want to order, a order form will appear.
The freight charges will calculated for you after you choose your payment method (including Western Union), and your destination, such as "Canada/Mexico" or "Worldwide." Then click recalculate.
After you select "Go to Payments" you will be taken to a secure server where you can enter your delivery address, card info (if U.S./Canadian) or other payment method and complete your purchase.
If paying by mail via money order please also send a copy of your order or a write on a paper the item ordered, your name, address, phone number.
If using Western Union you will then need go to their www.westernunion.com site (or a local office if you prefer) and use your credit card whereupon they will send us payment.
Use your Ipso Facto order number as the auction number and send payment to us using the name "Terri Kennedy."
Don't forget to email us the Western Union control number for your transaction so that Terri can pick up your payment.
Note: Our worldwide airmail shipping prices reflect the fastest airmail method possible (Express or Global Priority - 2 to 5 days shipping time -with insurance where allowed by the postal service.)
If you want to pay less, please email us indicating which item you want and your exact address so that we can weigh and advise you of the exact cost
of the slower airmail method (7-10 working days shipping time) without insurance (at your own risk.)

Make sure you are entering our site via the main www.ipso-facto.com gateway, then use the pull down menu and buy button to select the item you want and it will take you to the secure shopping cart.
You have to use the pull down menu to choose the "Worldwide" location and click "recalculate" when finished.
Then click "go to payments."
Next in the pull down menu select "no state/province"
Then fill in your name and address and select continue.
You have to click the "condition of sale" box at bottom to continue.
Then choose payment method and finish your order.
